Before arrival, all dogs must have an account with updated information including vaccination records and paperwork signed and verified by staff.

You will need to bring your dog’s food and any medications/supplements. Treats are welcome. Please bring food in a labelled bag/container that will hold the amount of food for the stay.

All of our dogs go through an introduction process if they are new or haven’t been here in quite some time. If they do not pass our introduction or are not good with other dogs in general, they will have 1:1 time with a staff member. As well, mature intact dogs are not allowed in group play after roughly 6-9 months of age.

You will only be asked to pre-pay when you have an overnight boarding reservation over 7+ nights. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made minimum 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to confirm the booking.  The remaining balance can be paid at pickup.

We accept debit, credit (Mastercard and Visa) and cash. Deposits must be made over the phone with a credit card.

Yes of course! Our policy with senior dogs is that they are in good health/mobility when they come. We require a mandatory free trial day for dogs that have an account with us but have not seen in a while to assess how their dog is as a senior to ensure we can safely attend. We do have different outdoor play groups called “Old Dog Daycare” for our senior dogs.

We include morning and afternoon outdoor time for all our 4 legged guests.

Daycare Program dogs are up to 4 hours a day with rest time over lunch

Boarding dogs are up to 4 hours a day with rest time over lunch

Playtime dogs are up to 2 hours a day over lunch.

After we do our initial introduction, we place your dog in whatever group we see fit based on their size, personality and play style. We offer 4 different types of outdoor groups

1: Daycare – All boarding dogs and daycare dogs that are playful

2: Young & Energetic Group– Also boarding and daycare dogs that have *extra* personalities when it comes to play!

3: Old Dog Daycare – For our senior dogs, dogs that like to socialize but not play so much, young puppies.

4: 1:1 playtimes with a staff member
